Obstructing the Passage of another person in a public place can result in a $500 fine and/or jail time not exceeding 60 days. This includes public places such as:

- Public Streets
- Schools
- Religious Facilities
- Bars
- Restaurants
- Public Beaches
- Public Transportation
- Parking Lots
- Businesses
